| Customer Reviews: Sock-it-to-me Saucony July 9, 2010 Elise F. Jensen (wilmington, NC) I've always ran with saucony and love the feel and fit. These were a great buy for the price and running fit i needed.
First time Saucony user March 8, 2010 Cover J (KY) I picked up these shoes mostly because of the price, but I have a neutral gait so many different shoe brands work for me. I took them out for a 7 mile run yesterday. They felt great, a little rigid, but overall I enjoyed my run. The shoes have a smaller toe box. My feet didn't move around much and I didn't have any blisters at the end. My only complaint was lack of padding in the back heel opening of the shoe. I put a bandaid on my right heel to keep it from rubbing because it felt irritating just in trying them on. I wish I would have put one on my left as well. I've now got a blister. Overall good shoe, just buy some bandaids while your heels get used to the lack of extra cushion at the shoe opening.
Great Fit!! February 19, 2010 Erin J (CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have smaller feet, size 6 1/2 for dress and size 7 for running/tennis shoes. My feet are also fairly narrow and I do not really have a high side arch, they are not super flat, but the arch is slight. I have tried other athletic shoes and they just don't fit the same. Nike was horrible, the side arch was so huge I couldn't even walk. Puma are nice, but not for working out. The Saucony just fit like a glove on my foot. I especially like the netted cover on the shoes when you are walking/jogging outside you can actually feel the air running through the shoe. They are also very durable and I would recommend them to others that have feet like mine.
A whole size too small December 29, 2008 S. Melder (ARIZONA) I had to return these because they are a whole size too small. I'm an 11 and these fit like a ten - can barely get my foot inside. hope this helps.
great shoe March 5, 2008 K. Sheffield (Georgia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was surprised at the cut/shape of this shoe when it arrived since I am used to the Saucony Grid (cross trainers) style more. However, this shoe is still great for its intended purpose (to match my karate uniform). It doesn't seem to have as much padding/cushion in the heel area as the Grid styles do. This disappointed me a little, but overall I am very happy with my purchase and it arrived in record time and by when the company said it would.
