I used it right away with the Kiwi spray. Together they are effective in stretching the shoes exactly where you need it. I do recommend these products. I have a wide foot and bought some regular width shoes and stretched them to fit comfortably.

I wear braces and would have to buy two pairs of shoes if not for the shoe stretchers. I needed all the plugs for just one shoe to fit.
